A downloadable game for Windows and macOS

Welcome to our vertical slice of our game Soul Split!

We are excited to share our work with you and hope that you enjoy what we have created. This experience works best with an Xbox controller. Also chuck on  some headphones to hear the juicy music and  sound design.

Install instructions

Windows: Download zip and run .exe

Mac: This one is a bit weird.. Unity's Mac build doesn't give permission for anyone to open it... I managed to get it to work by doing the following:

  1. Download from Mac link
  2. Move downloaded .app file to the desktop (Try opening, if it doesn't let you open continue to step 3)
  3.  Open the terminal from finder
  4.   Navigate to the Desktop directory by typing     cd Desktop and hitting enter
  5. Type in the following command exactly as follows:
    1. sudo chmod -R 755 (FILENAME HERE).app
  6. (This does not change anything other than the .app file itself, this command is safe and wont affect your Mac in any way)
  7. Try opening the .app file again

The most recent update was just to the Mac instructions not the actual game
